Hierophant Spell Power

Is it taken into account during dispel checks ? For example if my character has 27 CL from his classes and PSC alone, then 3 more from spell power 1,2 an 3 what is his effective CL against greater dispel and the like ?

It is taken into account. Spellpower does everything a bonus CL would do.

30, as Mrm3ntalist says. It's very nice for caster clerics to get that bonus DC at CL 32, but the third spellpower has its uses with duration and dispel defence too

Yep, it does. So a red wizard abjurer with Archmage Spellpower III who cast en extended Globe of Invunerability would have it active for 76 rounds (38x2).
A 20 cleric/10 hierophant with Divine Spellpower III would have their Extended Divine Power last for 66 rounds (33x2)
