So, I got this idea... Having a Character whose base purpose is to aiding others just by staying close to them. Ergo, classes who work well in teams come to mind, and the thought was to stack those abilities. At the same time, perhaps adding an element of doing the opposite to foes.

Etc.

Bard/Bodyguard/Blackguard/Dissonant Chord.

Auras (Positive):
Bard Inspiration (any): AC, AB, Regen, Saves, Skills etc.
Bodyguard: +3 uni saves, +2 Dodge AC.

Auras (Negative):
Bard Inspiration: Jarring or Slowing
Blackguard: -2 saves.
Dissonant Chord: 5(level)+cha mod negative to concentration.

I'm still thinking of other mixes (like paladin or Dragonslayers fear wards), however thus far I think the above has the best utility to them. You can in essence get Req in there, but not epic inspiration :/. Still, figured id post it here if anyone had any ideas as to how to make a proper build, and what type of attack one should focus on (str-based bard? or charisma for spells/auras etc.) One can add EDM for power, however if going with my suggestion above, effective CL is at 27... which i think is 1 short of "dispell safety".

Don't forget the background feat "Natural leader", it should go very well with what you're planning.

War priest too. Nice -1 save for those DCs and a +1 ab for any melee.

What about Dread Pirate instead of Dissonant Chord? Has some synergy with Bard as well.
