Epic mass fowl causing sending to fugue after reset

So. Twice now I have logged in after a server reset and have been told that my character was dead and needed to go to the fugue. The only thing in common with both of these two times was the fact that another player cast Epic mass fowl on my character, insta-killing him. Other than waiting for another server reset and wasting even more exp on deaths that my character shouldn't have, I have no way to 100% prove that this is in fact what is causing it.

Again, it has only happened twice now, but I'm sure a QC could test it out further to see if it is a legitimate bug. If it is then either players need to be not allowed to use it in PvP or it should removed until fixed.
