Change Appearance

The Change Appearance button doesn't seem to be working. Clicking on it does nothing, as of now.
I notice this has been happening lately after the server resets "correctly." If it crashes or is restarted manually the appearance changer works fine, but after it hits the 9 hour mark and comes back up, it won't open.
I'll see if we can't figure out what's causing it.
