Lowering saving throws

What ways are there to lower saving throws?
For example, the Blackguard's aura is one, inspire jarring is another (just will). What other ways are there?

Energy drain or other forms of leveldrain (enervate or something). Then you got the various spells that drain specific attributes like str or int/wis. Expose weakness is good if you need to do touch-attack and need to bypass the AC (which in turn let's you affect the target with spells etc). Warlocks have various INVOCATIONS that let you effect saves as well. MMA also let's you challabgeca target which lowers various attributes.

Touch of idiocy drains wisdom. It also drains charisma if you're up against a lock, pally, blackguard.

mind fog is a -10 will save, but requires a will save

crushing despair is -2 on everything, also bestow curse will lower saves thru stat reduction
