FAI - Akurion Stormblade - Seeking kukri and a wand

A man with skin of white whisping with wind covered in a blue hood and leather clothes asks the patrons that approach Mudd for trade. He eagerly asks each, "Ello! Do you happen to have a legendary kukri of the shadows? I needs one for me ventures!" He also inspects carefully any wands being trades.. Looking for one that "makes his blade sting."

Edit: ///I know about the keen stone vendor, was told that a wand was better.. Curious why? Perhaps caster level?///
