I decide to play Storm of Zehir, the OC, and MotB all on the same character, in that order. Then I go to Singleplayer, Campaigns...
Baldur's Gate Chronicles of the Sword Coast is an option?
I try playing it and it won't launch... but why is it listed at all?

*.cam files contain additional module contexts. It's intended for spanning various modules related to one another but has uses in multiplayer PWs. The game assumes you would have a module in tow, not that you actually have it on file.
