I am a druid and so that's why I bought the Hide Armor +4. So in summary, app changer changed the item's appearance and its' stats.

Can I get it swapped back to be Hide Armor +4 please?

Please ask a DM in game to swap you some hide armor +4 for the studded leather armor +4, capnbloodloss.
