Trouble downloading BG files

Hi all,
I'm a returning player just having some trouble downloading the BG files. I keep getting an FTP response timeout error while downloading the BG voiceset hak file. Any of you tech wizards know what I can do ... I'm reasonably computer illiterate, so instructions may need to be simple.

We're still working on figuring out why some people have issues with the Auto-Downloader/FTP.
But in the meantime, you can download many of the custom files from this thread:

That specific URL brings you to Shad's complete upload within the thread, which includes the two voiceset files (which haven't been touched since 2012 and 2013 respectively, so shouldn't have been affected in the big update we did last March).
If you still have trouble after downloading what you can from that thread, and placing it into the appropriate folders in your My Documents->Neverwinter Nights 2 folder, please let me know.

Steve also made the very latest files available to anyone having trouble, here:

That should be able to get you in, even if the Auto-Downloader fails entirely for you.
