Today there's been heavy lag spikes every now and then. The server has also crashed a few times due to the lag. At least between 20-23 UTC +3.
Not all lag spikes have resulted in a crash but it happens eventually. The lag is not constant and doesn't seem to always affect everyone or affects people to various degrees. Eg. we had a party of 6 and some were able to chat fairly normally while some just saw the others talk and had to wait own text to appear for several minutes. I don't think there has been a dm online during that time (so no heavy event supposedly).
Latest crash was around 20:10 GMT.

Thanks for the report, Blackhorizon. I'll try to keep an eye on it today and tomorrow.
That being said, on Monday we'll be switching to a new host and server. It'll be interesting to see if the crashes and lag continue -- if they do, we'll know it's a server issue, and not a host issue.
