New "DM Team" Usergroup

The DMs wanted an easier way for players to communicate with them, so I've disabled PMs for the separate ADM and DM groups and created a "DM Team" group instead.
When sending PMs, use the "DM Team" group to PM all 20 DMs at once as a generalized group (for open player requests, character class applications, complaints, etc.). Use the "Head DM" group to PM both Head DMs. Use individual DM names if you just want to talk to one of the DMs specifically about an ongoing quest or character development you're working with them.
I'm hoping having only two groups (All DMs and Head DMs) instead of three will cut down on confusion. To address a PM to a group, use the "Groups:" table to the left of the PM box, find the group you want to address, highlight it, and then click "Add [To]."
