Bio editor bug

Bio editor seems to be broken after last update. Tried changing by tools and also by the NPC in Nexus, but it wont update/change.
Also changing apperance of clothes is broken, got stuck trying it at Maltz, as reported before here: http://bgtscc.net/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=52622
