A jalil in simple cloth and a staff in her hands approaches the deep gnome with glaring eyes. She shows him a crossbow of high quality and utters in a harsh undercommon: "This should be more than enough for the monk belt you have there. And you better don't try to haggle with me. You're only tolerated here, svirf!"

The svirf's head drops into a low bow as the jalil makes her way up to his stall. As she finishes speaking, he continues the dialogue immediately after she stops...in a respectful tone of course "And yet through the Grace of the Conclave, here we all sit in Great Sshamath." He pauses momentarily to let those words sink in, taking the time to examine the obviously powerfully enchanted crossbow, his eyes darting between the jalil and the weapon.

"A fine tool of destruction this one is yes? Crafted by whom I wonder?" The phrasing of the statement unique and meant to make one wonder if he is actually addressing the crossbow itself.

"....but a tool that would be a wasted resource on one such as myself. A relic of that power would be of much more use serving the Conclave by one trained more in it's deadly use, yes? Would you have anything else to offer great jalil, something that one such as myself could put to good use towards the greater glory of Sshamath?"

She offers a joyless smile her eyes blazing. Takes her crossbow and storms off.

The deep gnome seemingly relaxes a bit as she walks off, again scanning the crowd. He would see that one again, he thought.

Well dos might have under estimated the power of the second one ... And also ussa is interested in both dost shield AND amulet for this one ... As ussa was saying dos might have not noticed that its ability to waken the enemy cannot be resisted ...
