Since you locked your DM Goodbye thread I figured I'd start a separate one to thank you for your work, which has been just as heavy a load as any other HDM and just as thankless, I'm sure... All the best of luck with your little one, if it is your first then get ready for a wild ride, sir! Nothing better in the world than being a parent and I encourage you to get involved as much as you can as your child grows. Coaching my sons various sports teams is one of my favorite uses of my limited time and not enough parents are willing to volunteer to help in such endeavor's these days. However, I digress so I'll end by again saying thank you for your time helping the server and good luck in all that comes in the future!

Thank you for all you have done to serve the community over the years, HDM Narshe. Your wisdom, historical perspective, and thoughtfulness in leading the DM team and our community will be much missed and were absolutely key in my mentorship as a DM and I know I am not alone in this. Above all else your integrity and fairness in your conduct and in how you encouraged those you lead will be appreciated and remembered -- and live on. We have our work cut out for us with you leaving, but the lessons you have left will live on!
I wish you the very best IRL as well.

Thanks enormously for your service, Narshe. I haven't done the math but you are definitely one of the longest serving Head DMs we've had.
Your staying power provided a lot of stability to the DM team, and your focus on fairness helped set the tone and expectations for everyone.
You deserve a good rest after all that. But instead you're going to be less rested than ever before with a little one on the way.
If you thought DMing for us hard ... !
