Already did, for Martell, some time ago.

Red Viper = http://nwn2db.com/build/?245378

I actually played it up to lvl 25. It was rather good!

The mountains probably just a max strength half orc in full plate with a great sword. F12/WoD10/FB5/Bodyguard 3, perhaps.

Fancy belt, they have. 8-) I'd have thought someone would challenge the Tiefling aspect...but then again, those martells are a bit...different.

The Mountain, a CON beast fighter with all the heavy armor feats secondary attribute being STR. The tricks being hitpoints, DR and damage.
Guess its pretty much the average dwarf build really.

Neutral Evil human starter, dumb fighter voiceset, maximum height and width to round it out.

Starts out Neutral Evil, but in more recent seasons (after being Brienne's prisoner) I think he is more Chaotic Neutral. NE because he acts only in self interest, having no issue with killing women and children to protect his secrets, but nor the type to go out of his way to do so. Later, he does some good acts, that do not erase his previous faults, but certainly bring more depth to the character and IMO show him to act in a somewhat unreliable fashion. One moment he may show complete mercy and even go against Cersei's wishes or what he knows is best for her, the next he shows a complete lack of any standard moral compass and acts with ruthless precision to accomplish some task. This is why I would flag him as CN now. Still very much capable of completely evil actions, but also capable of doing good, even when against whatever ruling structure is in place.

Jamie were and still are neutral evil imho.

Whatever kindness he dispense does not conflict with his all encompassing agenda of hanging around his sister, they feel rather based on fancy and pastimes.
Evil can do good deeds, as long as it does not counter their main goals.
Jarlaxle Baenre anyone?
He wants to be a lawful good knight true enough but he is selfaware enough to realize his limitations.
The tent scene before the conquest of Riverrun were brilliant in this regard.

Maybe turning towards Neutral, maybe.
Though I say his inaction as Cersei ascended the throne spoke volumes along with what emotions I could tell from his face.
A second son died not so far after his daughter did and he just stands there looking at Cersei with barely a twitch as he return to King's Landing.
Some might call that being highly disciplined, however I believe that the children after all were never important to him, they were Cersei's toys.
Remember a certain crypt scene?
Cersei are his world, the rest of Westeros are largely irrelevant to him.

YMMV and I could be very wrong but to me there are more moral spine in the wayward soldier Tyrion dropped in his lap.

and what about we tolkien fans?

legolas is so good with blades and bow, we know we couldn't build him in the game engine...but perhaps, if we split the two skills each to their own build.. how would you build melee legolas? how would you build archer legolas?

and what about mighty gimli? son of gloin. perhaps the obvious choice is not so obvious...i believe our dear dwarf has a temper
