[FAI] The Storm Seeks the Brainy Ring of Dispell

A man in blue garb calling himself The Storm of the Frost Mother can be seen leaving a note with Henry Mudd. His cold, yet shocking touch leaves the paper brittle and slightly singed. The note is an order for Mudd which reads:
The Storm seeks a ring of only the most clever Wizard.
A ring that makes the brains of the man grow in size and understanding.
The ring also provides the ability to dispell wards with a flick of the wrist.
With this ring the Frost Mother will pay for its keeping.
///Couldn't remember the name of the ring, if I am not mistaken it was +3 Int, greater dispel 1 use/day, and some spell resist?
