Hello! A brief request!

I have a bad tendency to give out items during events which have a follow up amount of work required in order to empower, enable or simply describe them. As a result of recent distractions in my personal life and a few other things, I have lost track of a lot of them.
To that end, I would like anyone who has an item to:
- PM me with the item itself
- The event you got it in
- Accept my apologies for being forgetful. Most of my DMing for the next few days will be catching up on this backlog
