Hey monks, can you keen/WoI gloves? Or unarmed damage in general? Does anyone know if that carries over to shape hanged forms say for bear warrior?

I want to say you can't Keen gloves or unarmed damage, but then I realized I never tried. I think.

Keen is for blades. Weapon of Impact is for bludgeoning.

I assume you are saying "yes weapon of impact does"?

if GMW still doesnt work on gloves then its likely weapon of impact doesnt either

If Weapon of Impact works, the gloves should say "keen" in their item properties after casting, I believe.

Tried it out for GMW, Weapon of Impact and Align Weapon.

The gauntlets I think were the Hin Fist ones.

GMW worked when cast on self while wearing gauntlets. When cast directly on the gauntlets results in Spell Failed: Target must be a melee weapon or creature...

Align Weapon can't be cast on self. Works when cast directly on the gauntlets.

Weapon of Impact was a Spell Failed: Target must be a melee weapon or creature... when cast on self or directly on the gauntlets.

It never used to work for monks. Druids can keen their natural unarmed attacks with the jagged fang spell however.

Just PMed you QC guys to see if this is working as intended or its a bug we can get fixed.

GMW actually did work for monks at some point, but luna changed it not to because he didnt think it was suppose to, but its not as if monks are so OP that they cant have it really - it helps out monks but of course that means it really helps out SF

we tried to get him to change it back but then other stuff happened and it kinda fell off

If you want an increased unarmed threat range, take the feat Improved Critical: Unarmed or get the belt that gives it to you for nothing.

Belt is outragous expensive. I feel like this magic should work.. would it be a big deal if we turned it back on?

I always thought it was intended not to work with gloves given that the spell name is "Weapon of Impact"...
