Can't Seem To Find The Game

I'm rather new to the multiplayer scene of Neverwinter, and I need a little help with my recent problem.
Today, when I try to access the server, I simply can't. Direct Connect doesn't work for me, and none of the servers are available on the "Join Internet Game".
Are other people having this problem? Is there a fix or an update I just didn't notice?
Any help solving this one would be appreciated.

If this does not work for you, please open command prompt and type
and copy paste the contents of log.txt to this thread.

The direct link worked.
Okay, I'm feeling particularly dumb now because I looked for this information before trying to connect. The "Direct Connection" information in the "how to connect to the server" thread did not help me.
In future, where do I go to get this information, and why is my list of servers for the "Join Internet Game" blank? Does this happen often?
I appreciate the help. I just wish to be less ignorant in the future.

It is typically displayed at the top next to the donate button, however that feature relies on an external service which is offline. Ideally it would have the information statically set for the time being.

I've kept telling them to update the Direct Connect Announcement thread but they haven' yet
