assasins spellbook for bloodmagus?

assasins spellbook for bloodmagus?
i tried this for my guy but it seems its not possible, i have all the stats i need, +4 concentration, chaotic, toughness...and from assasin i have lvl3 arcane spells...but still i cant pick bloodmagus, any idea whats wrong?

The assassin's spellbook does not count towards the Bloodmagus requirements
