Difficult times over here

Hey guys - while I had a great idea, I'm at a loss as to where to share this at. So I'm sharing it with every community and website I visit.
Apologize if this is not kosher for these boards (and I'll remove it) but if you could pass this around and/or share it I would be in your debt.
Long story short - parents new house burnt down this week. After losing their last house, parting with almost everything (including their animals), they now lost the remainder in a fire in their new house this week. Without insurance... well it’s bad. Already given them $60k I simply can’t go all in again with a kid and a wife to think about.
Anyways, thanks and here are the links.

I can't help with anything but my prayers. God doesn't take away something from our life, if it isn't to give us a better and more durable joy. I hope you solve your troubles!

... I don't want to sound insensitive, but it seems to me you and/or your parents don't exactly understand what it is to be poor. When you're poor, you don't get to live in a house. You get to live in an apartment, sometimes with thin walls where you can hear your neighbor...
You're asking a lot of money on your go fund me page. 50 000 $ is one hell of a welfare check. A well spent 3 000 $ + welfare should do it.

It sounds like a really challenging time for you and your family, LordLP. I'm glad you felt comfortable bringing it to your virtual family here at BG:TSCC.
We're all pulling for you and yours, and I hope you eventually do come out of the struggle as a closer, stronger family. As Shamshir says, the struggles we face tend to make us stronger. Even though they're hard.
And I have faith that you all will get through this if you stick it out together. I've had several family members lose their homes in fires, and it is hard to rebuild. But as long as everyone's still breathing, there's already something to be grateful for.

Neither appropriate nor accurate. PM me for clarification.

I didn't mean to be inappropriate. Knowing is half the battle of any battle, and... yeah. Either way, good luck to them.

You'll have to forgive me, as I'm not sure what country you live in. Or indeed your place(s) of work.
I know that a few corporate entities offer emergency funding for scenarios like this. Perhaps try them? When I worked with the Home Depot, they were always very proud of their 'Homer Fund', a strictly non-monetary separate entity that they would match the donations of employees, globally, to help maintain.
I'm sorry, but my own wallet is forever empty. All I can offer is some tips/advice. Do you have access to anything like that? I'm very sorry about your parents home. I've never suffered a house fire, but I've certainly lost everything numerous times. My best hopes to you and your family.
