Not sure Insightful strike works with fists? Someone confirm?
If it does, get Combat Insight

Made the change. Thanks for the tip. I really hope insightful strike works with Unarmed strike.

It should it can use Weapon Finesse.

You should probably post in the Character Building subforum. As for your monk, it isn't a good build. Monks have only 3/4 BAB progression and no class bonuses to AB, which means that you need to compensate that to reliably hit by eighter:

1) Maxing the attribute responsible for your AB. Normally, it's strength, with Weapon Finesse - it's dexterity, with Intuitive Attack (only works for monks) - it's Wisdom. You've done a mistake by upgrading both Wisdom and Dexterity.

2) Mixing in a class with AB bonuses: for example taking 4 Fighter levels allows you to pick feats: Unarmed Mastery and Weapon Specialization: Unarmed resulting in +2 AB and +4 dmg. Your 5 swashbuckler levels amount to only +3 dmg based on your INT score.

3) Adding a class with Hide in Plain Sight and attacking from stealth.

You should look up monk builds on nwn2db searching with bgtscc tag. Some of the feats you picked are very weak for your char : Mind over Body / Feint. You missed some must-have's like Expose Weakness

As a rule of them, its best to get expose weakness as soon as possible. I am not sire if it fits in your built, but its amazing for any Dex class. Almost a necessity..
I would get it and combat insight as soon as you can.. Put off your stats till last.

Feint with a base of 33 - charisma 1 = 32 might be a bit low, even with charisma and bluff items. Not sure you will be able to do much with it in the end.

I also agree with the opinions above. It is better to concentrate on one attribute with a monk: strength, dexterity or wisdom.

Replaced Swashbuckler with Fighter. Took Unarmed mastery and specialization. As well as expose weakness and combat insight and focused in Dexterity.

Try this sir:
http://nwn2db.com/build/?246923

Little better stat balance, get a +3 wish and Dex item. Use a ring of might for str and con, get the +2 int, +2 h/ms belt from fence in BG.
Staggered fighter for skill point optimization. Dropped the able learner for more Into earlier. Get dodge and mobility for shadow dancer. Blind fight (its a must for late game stuff). Add first fist for some damage. Added some more fighter for faster expose/insight. Added shadow dancer for hips.
