FAI - Seeking +3 or higher Str and Wis Items.

Tagnar can be seen speaking with Henry by his stall at the FAI. After a short discussion the dwarf hands the man a bag of gold and walks away with a large grin to get a drink. Henry can then be seen putting up a sign informing customers that Tagnar Silveraxe is seeking items that will make him as strong as bull l, as wise as an owl, and have the endurance of a bear and he can be found at the Inn.
