Odd, worked before last update at least.

This was broken a few weeks ago then began to work correctly.

It's no unavailable again.

who did use to be a player char. where is he Weavemaster Valshar as a npc on the server?

*bump* Anyone working on this? It's not like we have many quests in the UD.

Where he belongs: his office in the School of Necromancy, in Sshamath.

I did not write the dialogue options back then, but since the quest is broken, I'd gladly do so if any dev wishes to fix it.

how can he be name Weavemaster Valshar if he is in UD i dont belive they have weavemaster roder down there

Gladly, but not only that. The kind of conversational style simply doesn't belong to Valshar, overall. If anyone in the dev team is interested, I'll help modifying it accordingly.

Of all the titles Valshar claimed (often forcibly and even more often through cunning schemes, as Drow should), that certainly was not one of them. It should probably be modified, too.

I am not sure.

By my side, I have re-written (thank you for the help, LISA100595 !) the entire dialogue line per line, since it was awfully out of alignment with Drow lore, not to mention Valshar's behavior.

I delivered the new dialogue to the Development Team, but as far as fixing what's broken with the quest itself, and its status quo...no idea.

That is very neat, Aelcar. I do hope someone can add it and fix it, though I'd understand if it wasn't on the priority list.


I hate questing as much as any but somewhat frustrating that UD quests give half, or even less than half, in total of what surface quests do.
