A monk of 17th level or higher can speak with any living creature. "
Can we have a flag for all monks at level 17 that would allow them to have this ability?

I don't know whether it's feasible. There are dozens of languages, and I think the only way it'd mechanically work would be to give monks every language available at level 17.
I have no idea how this would affect the character. There used to be a bug where having too many languages would cause you issues, but that bug may have been fixed with the language updates?

Ahhh, well thank you for the consideration, maybe throw it on a toon in QC and see if it wigs out?
The RP value would be great.

Monks could be given per day casting(s) of Tongues or Comprehend Language, as a work-around.
