PTWF, high AB, low dmg: EW or Epic Weapon Specialization?

Do you guys think a PTWF build with high AB (unbuffed AB is 44) needs EW? Or would he be better served with +2 damage per attack from Epic Weapon Specialization?
And uh, he uses daggers
, so damage output is going to be hilariously low (double INT damage from Insightful Strike and Combat Insight, though).

Kinda depends on your DEX score modifier, and, whether you plan on soloing a lot.

Buffed Dex modifier will be 9
Edit: As for soloing, no plans on that yet. What would you say if yes, and if no?

EW is a must for DEXers. It's your main damage against bosses (if you aren't a sneaker)

So...9 or 12 (2 x6 avg.) pts. damage, per round?
Plus the stacking -15 AC by the fifth round.
The -15 stacking AC might help you land more than 6 attacks on average per round, if this isn't a HiPS build.
