Regarding Player Requests and Late Replys

It seems this is a growing concern amung a few players and I would like to address it here. I know some of you have been getting fustrated regarding a few requests sent in - and some of you have been waiting for months expressing your fustration in game.
Next week (apart from Sunday) I'm going to filter through as many as I can to narrow the list as much as possible.
Please understand that we are not ignoring you, it really is just a case of 'bottle neck' where too much is coming through a tiny hole and we can not keep up. For those of you who plan to send in any 'big requests' please bare this in mind.
