Don't know whether it's a bug or it's meant to be.
But the mob: Yuan-ti Abomination Theurge have a DC 30 (Will save) daze spell, that has a permanent duration. Seemingly permanent. It has lasted 10 minutes now.
Had to get a DM to remove the effect, relogging didn't help.
