Duelist Improved Reaction - Permanent Speed Boost?

Sadly, I'm sorry but there's not really a picture for this one.

Whenever Celine receives haste; she gets a couple of enhancements on her character sheet - the most important for this bug being the "Movement Speed Increase" flag.

As a Duelist, when Celine uses Improved Reaction, and then doesn't move, a strange bug occurs. The Movement Speed "flag" doesn't drop; it just stays on.

If I accomplish this feat (it doesn't happen 100% of the time), then the next time Celine uses Improved Reaction, she keeps the Haste Movespeed buff after the haste wears off. It lasts until I rest.

However, even after I rest, the Movement Speed "flag" doesn't drop off - it stays on. So I pop Improved Reaction again, and Celine's got perma-speed until I rest or the server resets.

Just thought you'd all like to know.

I have a character that seems to have this permanent movement speed "Buff" icon as well. Though she seems to move around the same speed, I haven't tested it thoroughly though. She's not a duelist though? Only haste would have been used on her.

I have had this bug on my Bard once before where the speed boost persisted even after rest. Brought up in QC and it is a known issue that occurs sometimes, but no one has been able to isolate it. It's possible that this may help Rasael or scripters determine the cause and possible solutions. If anyone else has experienced this bug more detail may help as well. I am thinking it is possible that when two sources of speed boosts are applied, one can become permanent. In my case the bug occurred when I cast Haste when expeditious retreat was already active (used ER to get where I was going, but wanted haste for the actual battle).

Additional detail will certainly help if anyone has this bug apply to them.
