I think pure fat works better. Mix coconut oil with chocolate and stevia with heavy whipping cream and freeze before eating and enjoy afterwords. Whole milk maybe too and add chocolate

.
I used to make stuff with bhut jolokia all the time. These days, I just stick with habaneros because I prefer their flavor.

My stomac has adapted. I eat hot peppers every day. It also aids in protecting my stomach from ulcers, at least, the cayenne does.

salt water. Rinsing with salt water helps to clean and heal.......the pepper did chemically burn your soft tissue after all.

Don't eat it? And if you insist... build up a tolerance first?

Here's what works for me with extreme spicy foods such as korean pepper oil.
1. Yogurt
2. Ranch
3. Beer the higher IBU the better
If that fails go rinse your mouth out with mouth wash.
