2)what are the best options for ranger's favored enemies?I know there were treads about this, and i saw them a year ago, but now i somehow can't google them.

3)Bane of Enemies - wiki says it gives "+2 to hit ...", so it's +2 to ab, not +2 enhancement-bonus, like bane-property should give?

4)Brooch of Shielding (shield spell) - is this item present on bgtscc?

5)Is Spell Resistance (racial) useless vs most of epic casting-monsters?

6)Are there any monsters with feint or hips and how dangerous they are?

7)EDM-builds, how they deal with rest cooldown, do they have enough divine might and shield uses per rest?

Yes, many but not everywhere hopefully. Weapon master builds do fine since they generally have a high base damage to begin with. Kaze no kama builds are difficult, you need top gear to make them work and for that you need time, the end result will also be subpar, the PW is not high magic enough for these builds.

Undeads, giants and hum are a must, for the rest I'll let the ranger players chime in.

It's +2 AB and +2d6 damage.

It exists but is unusual, also since the dispels were fixed on bgtscc (your character level does not matter anymore, only the caster level of the spell) these low level spells can go away very quickly.

No idea sorry, underdark players will surely answer you

I can't remember a single monster with feint and there is only one area with HiPS monsters to my knowledge. They don't do truckloads of damage so they are manageable.

No it is not useless. Non DM spawned mobs seem to be capped at a CL of 30.

If you are going the power build rout I suggest favored soul.
