Self-Concealment - How high can you get it?

Hey!
So... I'm trying to see how high I could possibly get Self-Concealment... The issue is, im only managing 30% (3 feats). Which in itself is not bad mind you, but as any dreamer, i want more!
So, anyone who (somehow) can squeeze in more? It's truly a hard thing to "max" out, given its requirements of 30 hide, move silently, tumble, 30 dex and improved Evasion!
So, any build wizards able to crack that?

its not possible to get more than 30% with only 30 levels, and if it is you wouldnt be able to do with the build rules bc it would require getting bonus feats at 29 and 30

40% self concealer.
Same build is possible with other combinations of epic rogue, but the difficulty is getting 30 base DEX before level 27, and then taking 4 Rogue epic feat levels between 27 and 30 (basically rogue 16-19; 23-26; or 26-29).
A dex based Monk 11/ Rogue 19 could be interesting.
Both are pretty useless characters, though, but you could make it work as a rogue/assassin xbow sniper or something similar, just to keep yourself out of harms way even more than 40% base concealment

For not more than 7min 36 sec for a RWoT Illusionist.
Self Concealment 40% is permanent, and undispellable with a cheese Invisibility Purge

Does whirling dervish get Evasion or Improved Evasion at the second level? On our site it says Evasion, on the nwn2.db it says improved... but I cant find that Imp. Evasion was removed under custom class changes here?
