Spells that are automatically cast cannot be scribed to scrolls. F.example false life.
Furthermore, for some weird reason certain spells also cannot be targeted onto scrolls. These are not necessarily new spells. For example, Alarm cannot be scribed despite being able to scribe other custom spells such as Whisper Wind or Dimension door.
