*rumors circulate that the outlawed Terri Lalani and Vendor Xon was seen in a heated conversation with an Elf known Guy "Knife ears" Masterson of the Ebony Blades in Soulbar. The argument that some of the citizens might have heard detailed accusations of Attempted arson on the Phoenix Company Lodge, attacking and killing one of the guards Phoenix Company Guards, and openly assaulting two Phoenix Company Agents in the region of Friendly's. Its said that the exchange escalated into full battle that ended with the death of the Elf. Fearful of the retaliation from the witnesses she teleport-ed them quickly away.*

*Upon hearing of the rumors and performing his own investigation into the matter, Greil Nightgale,Captain of the Ebon Blade Mercenaries, would speak with many of the local merchants and travelers.*
He tells them the following. "Half a million gold coins to the the individual or group who manages to bring the Criminals Terri Lalani and Vendor Xon "alive" to The Captain of the Ebon Blade. One hundred thousand gold coins for each of their heads to the individual or group who bring their heads to the Ebon Blade's Captain. Now spread the word for the entire coast to hear.
