Missing items

Missing items
My wife and I were trading gear back and forth in the barter menu when the server crashed. When we log back in neither of us have the gear, it is completely gone. Is there a way to check the server logs and get this gear back? Some of it included mithril armor.

When bartering, the character receiving items should save character on PC Tools immediately when items go into the inventory. This has worked for me even if the server crashes.
As for getting the items back... tricky. Rollbacks are not really given on characters for this purpose and if they are, there is a once per character per year character roll back thing. Could try asking in a PM.
