Yes, yes.
Try taking Melatonin and Valerian Root an hour before you want to go to sleep. Helps me sleep SO MUCH. Clonidine is also good, the Melatonin/Valerian Root combination works better.

Sadly melatonin, exercise, and even ambien do virtually nothing to help me sleep. No idea why. I seem to have a sleep schedule of 18-20 hours awake and 10-12 hours asleep. Someone needs to adjust the earths day/night cycle to match mine.

Try taking Seroquel... you will be unconcious in 5 minutes, at least until your system builds up a tolerance to it anyway.

I sincerely doubt it. Also it both requires a prescription and it cannot be issued for insomnia.

Try some kava kava powder imported from the Fiji islands (not those extracts or pills). Mix with valerian root extract.

And then go to bed whenever your body feels sleepy (so that means that you actually listen to your body, and go to bed when it feels like it).
Eventually, your body will develop a normal sleeping pattern. Took me 1 month to actually get used to the pattern, but it felt great for as long as I kept it!
