Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

So there I was, fighting the Yuant-ti Queen. We had only been at it maybe 25 seconds when I suddenly died. After loading up the Fugue, I looked over the combat log and saw.. nothing. No spell cast, no save, no damage of any kind. In fact, the last action Queenie took was a missed, regular attack.

My toon has 450HP and Steadfast Determination, so I don't think she could one-shot me. It would have been in the log regardless.

Luckily, a friendly neighborhood DM Creo helped me out, so that I didn't have to take the XP hit.
I figured I'd post it here, as atleast one more player I know has experienced this.

You sure she did not finger you to death? I know a FOD can sometimes not show up in the log. Had it happen with a DM event.

This happened because you got Entropic Husk used on you and failed the save.

Sometimes she picks very trollish moments to do this, often right before she dies.

She was just swinging away. She was barely injured, as we had just started our fight.
Entropic Husk forces two saves and has an animation when cast. None of that happened.

Pretty sure she does it instantly and with no animation or mention of it in the log... so yea your post title is pretty correct xP
