Multiclass penalty

Im curious if Imaskari receive a multiclass penalty if they multiclass outside of wizard? The builder doesnt register a penalty, and they're a subrace of Human. But they also have a favored class. Can anyone shed some light?

You can play a rogue wizard and you will not get a pen. You can play a fighter wizard and not get a pen. Class pens work the same on all toons, but wizard does not count in this case. If you want to avoid the pen, then level up your separate classes evenly.
