Summoning effect

I've noticed that when you summon a creature via summon monster spell, the "windy noise" sfx remains at the spot where the summoning took place, pretty much till the server resets itself.

I think those might be draining resources, but I'm not sure about it. I've noticed a lot of such "noisy zones" while walking around, I suspect they're leftovers of someone else's summons too.
