Rage (Whirling Frenzy) Evasion not granted?!?

In feat description it says that certain level barbarian should receive Evasion feat while raging with Whirling Frienzy rage but the feat isn't granted anyway. My toon is lvl 20barb/9 fighter and while raging i don't get evasion.
I just noticed that i still get Indomitable Will even with Whirling Frienzy rage instead of Evasion.
