Last Location: Ulgoth's Beard - Error

I'm getting this message from Mystra and Shaundakul:
[Error] Location Invalid
Returning to Ulgoth's Beard hasn't worked for a while as a last location place. Maybe it has been set to a non-spawnable area for some reason..?
