Exordius, Friendly arms inn: Epic chain armor...

Another post is put up by Exordius at the Friendly Arms Inn: I have acquired another even more high end item and would like to sell or trade it. The item is as follows: Epic salamander chain shirt, +4 ac, 20 bonus hp, fire resistance 10, -60% weight. I seek either to sell it or trade it for other items. I can usually be found around the FAI. Asking 300-400K as per advice from multiple merchants but will go down to 250 if ultimately necessary.
