Sshamath merchant - no gems

Sshamath's "gem merchant" doesn't seem to sell anything. His shop inventory is completely empty.

I don't believe the merchant could buy or sell anything, up until recently. Atm, it is meant to buy your gems at a slightly higher price. He only buys gems and nothing else.

I mean, if you really want to buy gems, they can be added. Maybe add some special gems someday.
