A parchment is hanging next to Harold the merchant, and another is on a board in the magic shop. It reads :

May Azuth smile upon you,
if you are looking for spells through magic scrolls, so am I. Any wizard who wishes so, leave a note at Phlydia's Magic Shop, preferably with your availability or where I can reach you, so we can meet in the near future to speak about magic and to exchange our knowledge of spells.
I am mostly looking for some spells of the eight and ninth Circle, and I can provide from all Circles of my knowledge.

The elf Kynrai, currently residing at the Inn seeking any Avowed, would see the note on one of his walks around the Keep. After taking a moment to read it, he smiled and posted a note below it.

"Greetings Weaver Aquilius,

If you desire any assistance in pursuit of the Art, please call on me. My name is Kynrai, Servant of the Goddess. I am currently residing at the Inn should you wish to call on me. Mystra bless your Art, Weaver."

During her daily walk around the fortress grounds, the Guide of Candlekeep notices the parchments that advertise the desire for a scroll exchange. Her forehead momentarily crinkles, and she studies the offer in detail.

Eventually, she smiles and speaks towards Harold. "The parchments may remain for now. When next Mister Aquilius comes to visit, though, please ask him to come to my office and speak with me."
