She can help you probably better than anyone else.

Tree stride is a teleport, but you probably want travel by plants to take others with you which would mean slip tree stride.

Protection from Petrification - very situational - for only the basilisks and perhaps a boss.
Rejuvenation Cocoon - good & useful
Tree Stride - no idea

Detect Scrying - RP only
Scrying - RP only
Energy Buffer - somewhat useful until you get energy immunity

True Form - no idea
Water Breathing - RP spell

Well, energy buffer still has some benefit after energy immunity to help with unforeseen elemental damage such as from traps (can't be immune to all energy types)...

Does water breathing protect from mass drown, or is it really RP only? I would think it should protect from mass drown, but depends how it was coded I imagine.

I think true form is the one that forces any shapeshifter into their original body. Thus canceling the poly or shapeshift.

My Spirit Shaman is a DC caster, with Telthor Companion so I haven't taken any of these spells in your list. Most of these spells are good for RP or situational when you can switch out spells like a druid. but for a Spirit Shaman you're stuck with them.

Level 5
Protection from Petrification - it's an ok spell but you'll probably only use it in one area, and then only if your saves are not high enough to prevent getting turned to stone.
Rejuvenation Cocoon - its an ok spell, you have better choices for healing spells that don't lock you In place until the spell is done.
Tree Stride - Very Useful - You can't buy this in stores like you can teleport, so if you don't have enough umd to read arcane teleport scrolls this is very useful as well as Travel by plant.

Level 4
Detect Scrying - useful for RP
Energy Buffer - Ok spell, energy immunity at 6 is better.
Scrying - useful for RP
True Form - useful for pvp

Level 3
Water Breathing - useful for pvp and RP - protects you from drown and mass drown.

Really it depends on the theme of your Spirit Shaman.. caster, melee, buffer, healer... choose wisely. :)

Rej Cocoon is amazing, one of the best healing spells in the game. True, it does lock you in place but you can still attack (great for casting on friendly melee or ranged attacks) and it also purges poison/disease in addition to healing a massive amount.

Tree Stride is great for solo teleporting, given how cheap it is. If price is no object, travel by plant is better. (Tree Stride costs 5 or 6 hundred, travel by plant is two thousand five hundredish)

Protection from Petrification is a very niche spell. Only really useful for a couple areas and only if you have low fort saves and roll 1s a lot (which, on a shaman, you should not generally).

True Form is meh. Most shapeshifting classes will have very high will and it doesn't see a lot of usage in PvE.

Energy Buffer is meh. Do energy immunity instead.

Detect Scrying is ok, really only useful for niche RP situations.

Water Breathing is useful for PvP and RP, right what Lisa said.

Thanks everyone for the input. As a Spirit Shaman I had a lot of tough choices to make. This has been a great help!
