Deity PRC casting progression question

Do the deity specific PRC's like Techsmith and Silverstar allow arcane or invocation spell casting progression?

techsmith arcane or divine, but no idea about invocations.

Thats...strange, one but not the other when they're both deity specific. Okay, thank you then.
