Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

My game crashed when my character had full inventory.

Upon relogin I lost all equipped items except cloak and armor.

I have screenshot of combat log and earlier version of character, exported. Who do I contact to recover items?
