Hellfire Shield does nothing

Hellfire shield seems to be broken. It drains constitution, but doesn't seem to hit anything with hellfire.

It is counted as 1st lv spell and can be avoid by evasion, rarely usefull but good lookin ability
anyway each time shield will try to deal dmg it will eat Your CON, no matter if it deal dmg or not.
- should work same as warlock firewall (half dmg can be resisted) and not allow ghostly visage spell makes immune to it.. as it currently works.

Unfortunately, hellfire shield in that situation didn't even roll a save. Just ate my constitution without doing anything at all. No reflex save, and no spell resistance, no messages in combat log, nothing at all.
