A massive merchant's stall has been placed in the east farmlands the owner can be heard calling travelling adventurers. The merchant presents his stall as Durotan's Grand Sale. Looking at the wares ,there is mainly adventurer's gear, weapons, armor, trinkets, clothing and other bits and pieces.

A pair of elves approach the stall and look over the wares. Eventually, one of them offers you the 30 bags of gold you ask for a pair of the gargoyle boots.
He appears to be a cleric of some sort, and offers to remain while you pack up his boots.

"If it is, I would offer you 35.000 for it." The smile suggests, that she is likely not willing to offer 50.000 for it.
