Suggestion: Svirfneblin Non-Detection

Hello,
The Underdark Handbook lists svirfneblin as radiating a continous non detection effect. With Caster Level set as Character Level.
Since the server has the custom spell, can I suggest it be added to the Svirfneblin race benefits? The duration of the Non Detection Spell is hour/per level so 1/day would be fine (like the other Spell like abilities).
I think mechanically this won't be any kind of advantage with the exception of some of the new divination spells. Its mosty for RP.
